Preparedness for Vulnerable Populations (DP4VP) |
| Classes |
The DP4VP workshop, developed in Sonoma County by Anthony Tusler and Diana Brown, is a collection of disaster planning tools for use by agencies that provide care to vulnerable persons, such as the medically frail or persons with physical, mental, developmental disabilities. These materials can be used in whole or in part to enhance the disaster planning efforts agencies engage in with their clients. These tools are also available to anyone who wants to help any person who may have specialized needs--be they family, friend, neighbor or coworker--begin to develop their own disaster plan. The PDF documents below are also available on the County of Sonoma's Public Health Preparedness Workshops site. The documents on here, however, are available in both regular font size and large font size, and the entire packet of forms are available in zipped files.
